TruckingOffice, LLC (“TruckingOffice”, “we” or “us”) and (the “Service”) collects information from you when you visit our website and use the Service. The Privacy Policy describes what we collect and how we use it. What Information do we collect?

When you register for the Service we ask for information, including your name, company name or other affiliation, mailing address, email address, phone number or other contact information, billing address and payment information, including credit card information. Information Sharing and Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not share or sell information that we collect from you to third parties other than as set forth in this Privacy Policy, including:

  • To agents and contractors of TruckingOffice for the purpose of providing the Service on our behalf (including, but not limited to, vendors and hosting partners that provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run both our website and the Service).   • To any entity controlled by, or under common control with, TruckingOffice to be used for any purpose for which TruckingOffice is permitted by this Privacy Policy to use such information.

They then offer up related ads for TruckingOffice products and services on unrelated third party sites. TruckingOffice may also provide non-personal, summary or group statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related website information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information.

Additionally, we may assign or transfer this Privacy Policy, your user account, all information that we collect from you and your use of the Service, and all related information and data, to any person or entity that acquires or is merged with TruckingOffice or the Service.

ELD Mobile App

FMCSA’s (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) ELD mandate (Electronic Logging Device) requires events be logged periodically while a vehicle is in operation.  The mandate requires accurate location be logged whenever these records are created.  The TruckingOffice ELD app implements the ELD mandate specifications and thus is required to obtain locations while the app is running – in the foreground or background.
