Server upgrade complete. All systems good to go.

The site is down for scheduled maintenance. The system is being upgraded to a new server. All of your data is safe and backed up. It will be migrated to the new server, then we will be back online as soon as possible.

The storage process for all file attachments had an issue this morning causing a brief outage while we rolled out a fix. User that attached files this morning during that time period might notice missing attachments. We are working on relocating those file, so that nothing is lost. Please contact support with any further questions.

The storage array was brought back online. The application is now working correctly.

The router has been fixed. There is currently a problem with the network attached storage used on one of the database servers as a result of the network outage. We are working to restore access.

A core router in the datacenter has failed. This is resulting in intermittent connectivity to the database servers. The servers and the data are safe. DC Operations is working on getting a new router deployed and configured. Once it is in place the application will be stable.

Our DNS provider has restored service. We also added an additional DNS provider to address the single point of failure. Service should now be restored.

Our DNS provider is under attack. This is preventing some customers from accessing the site. The provider is working on getting back online.

The host is back and we are back online. We may suffer additional downtime as they reboot other parts of their datacenter.

As part of a security update, our hosting provider is rebooting all servers in their datacenter. We are currently down but should be back up once our host machine is back online.

The DNS provider for TruckingOffice is having an outage. It has lasted over an hour some of of the server records are timing out. They are working on the problem. Will post as soon as we have anupdate.

The application is down. There is a routing problem at our hosting provider. They have been alerted to the problem and are working to resolve the issue. As soon as we get more info we will post it on ETA of being back online.

Our hosting provider is researching errors related to the application being about to spin up to server customers. They are currently working on the issue. We do not have an ETA yet. As more information comes in we will update this page.

The database upgrade is now complete. We will continue to monitor the situation to make sure performance is back to normal.

We have been monitoring load issues on the database server we use to run TruckingOffice. We are upgrading the server to get more resources. This should resolve the intermittent discounts customers have been seeing.
