“Allen, Thus far, the program has significantly reduced my headaches. There is only one thing (being an accountant and co-owner of the company) that I find a little difficult. We had been invoicing for a while before using your system and have a system set up for invoice numbers that we would like to keep using. The invoice is based off of the trip number. With the system we aren’t able to use the same system for invoice/trip numbers as that’s something that is automated for us. Is there anyway that a feature can be added, maybe in settings, that will allow us to create our own load/invoice numbers? Also, we use quick-pay for a good amount of our customers and it’s slightly complicated to make partial payments to an invoice. She asked, and we listened. We have created a feature called invoice advance where user can enter a partial payment of an invoice. We are currently working on giving users the power to change what number the invoices in TruckingOffice start at.
