How to track your maintenance records.
\n<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The \u2018Maintenances\u2019 tab is located in the black bar at the top of the screen, 5th category to the right, to help with fleet vehicle management.<\/p>\n

View Plan – You can create a scheduled maintenance plan for each truck you have that needs routine or regular work done<\/p>\n

To add a new plan item, click the \u2018Add Plan Item\u2019 button<\/p>\n

– enter in all fields, start date is required<\/p>\n

– select which truck(s) require this routine work<\/p>\n

– click save<\/p>\n

List Maintenance Vendors – This will present you with the address list of companies you\u2019ve used to maintenance your trucks. You can also find this information by clicking settings > addresses > then the maintenance vendors button.<\/p>\n

To add a new maintenance log, click the \u2018Add Log Entry\u2019 button<\/p>\n

– select the unit which needs maintenance<\/p>\n

– enter in the vendor, if you need to create a new one click \u2018create a new maintenance vendor\u2019 company name, city, and state are required<\/p>\n
