Common Questions

How does the 30 day trial work?
You sign up for a plan today, and you can use the free fleet management software completely
free for 30 days. Just to prove that’s how serious we are, no credit card is required to sign
up.
What happens at the end of the trial?
Once your trial period is over, you can cancel your account and pay nothing. If you want to continue
using TruckingOffice, you will need to enter a credit card to bill your account.
How will you bill me?
The account section of TruckingOffice handles all your payment details. On a monthly, basis your credit
card will be charged depending on which plan you have chosen.
What kind of payments do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We only accept payments online via the
software so we will not be able to accept a P.O., invoice you, or take payments over the phone.
Can I change plans?
Yes! You can change your plan at any time by going to your account panel inside
TruckingOffice.

Do I have to sign a contract?
No We will bill you monthly. TruckingOffice expects to earn you business every month.
If you are ever unsatisfied or decide to stop using TruckingOffice you can cancel at any time.
Are there per user fees?
There are no fees for additional users. TruckingOffice allows you to give everyone in your company
access. You can even restrict what parts of TruckingOffice a user can access.
What browsers work with TruckingOffice?
Internet Explorer 7 and higher, Firefox 3 and higher, Safari 4 and higher, Chrome 4 and higher.

TruckingOffice, the free fleet management software it runs on, and the infrastructure that
powers it is regularly updated with the latest security patches. All access to the TruckingOffice
application is provided via SSL to keep data you submit safe.
What is PCI & Why is it important?
The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a set of requirements designed to ensure
that ALL companies that process, store or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment
to minimize risks related to using a credit card on the internet.
Are you PCI Compliant?
Yes! We have partnered with Chargify
to handle all subscriptions and credit card details. They are Level 1 PCI compliant. This partnership
allows them to focus on the payment side, and TruckingOffice can stay focused on securing any other data
entered into the system.
